This vessel appears in very good condition. The owners are in the process of repairing the gunnels that need some attention, and there is a board in the main salon that is being replaced. The bright work is relatively current, with just a few areas that need minor attention. Stock #151765 Aalsmeer Yacht Inc./G.J. Dekker Design. Mid-cockpit, ocean going, full keel, teak decks. Perkins 6-cylinder, 354 cu. generator 8KW Onan This Dutch built Dekker design was built by the Aalsmeer Yachts, and is considered by some to be the Rolls Royce of sailing yachts. You can tell by looking that this beauty has been cared for by its owner as he sailed the Pacific. Previous owners brought it from Europe to the USA. This beauty is not unaccustomed to the high seas. The woodwork inside and out on this world class ketch is fabulous, and has been maintained very well by its 5 owners. Sail in comfort and entertain guests as you enjoy the spacious salon just forward of the galley, equipped with a 4-burner stove, stainless steel counter tops, a pull-out cutting boats, two ovens, a water maker, a large refrigerator, and a separate large freezer.
