Overall, the Sea Ray appears in very good shape with no visible issues. Recent bottom paint and the water pump was recently replaced. The cushions look good and all systems onboard seem to work fine. The Seller provided all the pictures as the boat is in storage under cover and he did not want to take the cover off for pictures but will uncover for showings. From the pictures it looks to be in good shape for its age. updated interior, head, shower, microwave, refrigerator and galley and Generator, heat and AC. Newer paint and clear coated. 1999 Monterey 242 Cabin Cruiser. Great family boat. I have owned this boat for the last 10 years. It has been stored in a rack and shrink wrapped every year. The Marina did all routine maintenance and repairs. The boat runs great. Pretty clean, but not immaculate. Has room to sleep 6, small kitchen (no power) with burner and cooler, head and shower. Fresh water system. This boat has been used mainly on the Severn River. Volvo Penta 5.0L IO single prop engine. We have moved to a different/newer open bow boat. Selling as-is.
