1972 Ericson 27
Ericson had a reputation for quality construction, and it shows in the Ericson 27. The hull is hand-laid fiberglass, and the deck, cockpit and cabin trunk include an end-grain balsa core for stiffness. Ericson substituted a marine plywood core in the bases for the primary winches.
The spacious Ericson 27 interior layout provides cruising accommodations for five people. Forward, lies the V-berth followed aft by the head and sink/vanity to starboard. Directly across from the head on port is a hanging locker.
The main cabin has port and starboard settees. A bulkhead mounted, removable folding table provides convenient dining and socializing. The L-shaped galley is aft to port, just opposite and aft to starboard is the quarter-berth. Five fixed ports, one opening port and a fore-deck hatch provide for good lighting and ventilation.
5'10" headroom. Sleeps 5 - two in the V-berth, one each in the port and starboard settee and one in the quarter berth. L-shaped galley to port; head aft of the V-berth to starboard; ample storage throughout.
A spacious interior, and tiller steering make this seem like a much bigger boat. She has been recently LP'd and runs great. She is ready for the summer.
The prices has just been reduced by $2000 for a quick sale. This is a very nice first boat in top running condition.
1975 Ericson 27
Bolero is the nicest Ericson 27 on the market! Constantly kept in great shape and with a recent paint job, she is a beautiful cruiser or club racer.
