The exterior of the boat was bright and clean. The blue top looks great. The helm was neat and well laid out. The exterior cushions look to be in great condition. There is one small cut on one of the aft cushions. The cabin was very clean, there were no musty smells or signs of mildew. There is some water damage near some of the port windows in the midberth. The engine compartment had no smells, no oil leaks were present. The engines look to be in good working condition with minimal corrosion. Stock #299205 SUPER CLEAN!!! LOW HOUR NEW AND REBUILT 7.4 MPI MERCRUSIERS!!! The seller is motivated to sell. The boat mechanically is in good condition and has potential to be a great boat. The boat was just completely detailed, it is bright white and looks great! FULLY SERVICED COLD AC. The generator was removed, so there are still hook ups. The seller also discloses the windlass, spot light, cockpit refrigerator and galley refrigerator do not work. The seller has records of the engines being replaced. One new engine block was replaced in 2015 and one rebuilt engine block was replaced in 2017. The seller states the engines have very low hours since they were installed. The twin 454 Mercruiser MPI engines are fuel injected and closed cooled for longevity. The seller had the beautiful blue top, with the extension custom-made. There is a large sun pad on the bow. The exterior cushions look bright white. The seller replaced the dc switches on the helm. A Rockford Fosgate stereo was recently added. There is plenty of room in the aft cockpit, the extended top keeps you in the shade. Step up to the helm and there is a comfortable rear facing seat and a double wide seat for the captain. You can walk thru the windshield to lounge out on the new sun pad. The cabin is spacious, there is a large forward berth. To the right, is a dining table that converts to a berth.
