I am only selling because I do not have the time to use it. New bottom paint that has never been in the water. Brand new Mack Pack lazy jack system has never seen the sun. 1993 Hunter 23.5 Hunter 23.5 Sloop - Great, Durable boat. Starting forward on deck; Anchor locker with anchor rhode, roller furling, mainsail w/cover, pop-up canvas dodger over cabin entrance, large cockpit (compared to any other manufactured boat of it's size) and a wheel helm (not tiller) with Auto Pilot and Magellan GPS Chart Plotter. Johnson 9.9 outboard with extended shaft has an electric start and fuel tank (built in to the vessel for extended range and less refueling.) Cabin has V-Berth bed, with head (port-a-potty) built in below it, privace curtain to saloon, port and starboard sette couches, removable cabin table, portable cooler space under port couch, fresh water sink, stereo with CD Player & Aux, two batteries with Switch and built in shore charger. With a large V-berth, two settees, and a quarter-berth it can sleep 5. In average condition for age, rigged, and ready to sail away. It has a 8HP Yanmar diesel engine and a marine head. Boat is currently in the water at North Point Marina, Winthrop Harbor IL. Boat spent most of life in California, as I am active-duty military. Engine, head, tanks and bilge were completely winterized before storage. Rebuilt alternator. All internal gaskets and impeller were replaced prior to 2016 launch. Fiberglass is in good condition with no leaks, decks are solid. Deck foam under mast pressure epoxy filled and sealed as preventative maintenance when last survey revealed a few hollow core areas. Boat has a clear Wisconsin title. Expires April 2019.
