Bill Garden designed ketch rigged sailboat. This boat has been completely rebuilt from the "decks up" (new cabin house). This boat was re-engineered with greater materials and better construction methods (cabin sides are solid 1 1/4" mahogany) to achieve more strength and water-tight construction. Few have been rebuilt to this level and standard. An excellent cruiser and live aboard. All teak interior, full stand-up shower, 6'3" headroom. Nearly everything has been either replaced or added to make it a comfortable and trouble-free vessel. A new 56 hp Yanmar. New sails (4), refrigeration, radar, custom s/s anchor system and canvas aft cover. Sitka spruce masts in great shape, epoxy coated and varnished. Sleeps 4 comfortable and a possible 7. This heavy displacement (28,000#), full keel boat is a rugged cruiser and can handle many kinds of weather and water. New bowsprit (sapele).
