The main salon is spacious within L-shaped settee that has a drop-down dining table to accommodate your guests. The galley features a four-burner propane stove with an oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a double stainless steel sink and plenty of cabinet space for all your cooking needs. The master stateroom has a large bed with numerous drawers and space to store all of your travel and seasonal clothing. The stateroom has its own private bath with a tub, shower and marine head. The forward guest stateroom has a V-berth with multiple drawers, hanging locker and its own private head with a shower. She is powered by a 120 horsepower Ford Lehman diesel single engine. There is also a Westerbeke 4.4 KW to power the boat when you're away from shore power. There are two stations to pilot this double cabin trawler. This 1986 Marine Trader Sundeck trawler is in overall very good condition. The teak deck is in great shape and the hull appears excellent. The galley has been refreshed with new appliances. The engine and generator are up to date on maintenance with new starter motors on each. All of the bilge pumps were replaced between 2021 and mid-2023. Two out of the three air conditioners are new and feature digital controls. The third AC unit, in the V-berth, is inoperative and due for replacement. The seller uses the v-berth mostly for storage, but on the few occasions it has been used for sleeping, keeping the door open between the salon and the cabin has provided plenty of cool air. A sudden high speed wind gust while at anchor early in 2023 resulted in the original bow spirit breaking and the anchor chain dislodging into the starboard side of the stainless tube bow railing and bending some tubing. The bow spirit has been replaced with a solid fiberglass model bolted into the deck with a stout backing plate. The seller has yet to find someone to repair the railing but continues to try. There are 2 8-D Gel-cell batteries Both state rooms have queen beds and their own heads, the master sate room has a new Vac-u-flush system. The master stateroom is spacious with a center line bed and lots of storage. The galley has a new refrigerator, 3 burner electric stove, and oven as well as a microwave. There is a 1500 watt inverter. The boat has 2 zone air-conditioning. There is an Onan generator with 545 hours on it that will run everything on the boat. There is also a VHF radio in the salon. Engine access is easy by lifting the salon floor panels. There is also access under the steps to the galley. The sundeck has full enclosure that is equipped with screens. The bridge enclosure has screens as well. The bridge has full electronics included intergraded electronic charts depth sounder auto pilot, and GPS. There is a 10foot dingy with a 15 HP mercury 4-stroke engine and a crane to lift it from its perch on top of the hard top. The bottom has fresh paint.
